Attorney General Jeff Sessions informed the White House that he may resign from his post in the event that President Trump fires Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, according to a new report.
Sessions notified White House counsel Don McGahn of this during a phone call last weekend, sources told the Washington Post.
During the phone call, Sessions sought information about a meeting between Trump and Rosenstein and was relieved to hear that the meeting was primarily pleasant, and mentioned that he would have to weigh resigning if Trump fired Rosenstein, a person familiar with the call told the Post.
Why would an anonymously sourced story that claims somehow two people too cowardly to identify themselves managed to overhear the contents of a private phone conversation be considered believable, much less proof of anything, when we know Nancy Pelosi was so desperate to see Mueller fired that she sent out a fundraising letter claiming he had in fact been fired when of course he had not?
The only people desperate to fire Mueller are the Democrats.
He telegraphed this one as soon as he was sworn in.
He recused himself and essentially Rosenstein took over as A. G.

Specifically Sessions said he MIGHT resign if Rosenstein is fired by Trump.
Which is an interesting bluff if Trump hates them both - automatic two-fer.
If Rosenstein gets impeached by congress however Sessions has no problem staying...
There’s rumors that Sessions is running a big investigation behind the scenes to clean the swamp... (Q and all) is this action just kabuki theater?
Sleepy Sessions still has not indicted Hitlery. There is NO excuse for not doing so.
