The Democratic National Committee filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit Friday against the Russian government, the Trump campaign and the WikiLeaks organization alleging a far-reaching conspiracy to disrupt the 2016 campaign and tilt the election to Donald Trump.
The complaint, filed in federal district court in Manhattan, alleges that top Trump campaign officials conspired with the Russian government and its military spy agency to hurt Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and help Trump by hacking the computer networks of the Democratic Party and disseminating stolen material found there.
“During the 2016 presidential campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy, and it found a willing and active partner in Donald Trump’s campaign,” DNC Chairman Tom Perez said in a statement.
“This constituted an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for President of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency,” he said.

It is hard to see where the Democrat Party think this kind of stuff helps them. If it does, we are toast anyway and don't know it yet. I think they have just cooked their goose for the mid-terms. The "blue wave" is dead with this announcement. They are a laughing stock now and have just energized the Trump and Republican campaigns big time. What a life saver.

What ticks me off is all of this is directly on HER! She is the reason she lost. She thought she was going to easily win so she sat on her fat ass her entire campaign rarely giving interviews or holding rallies while Trump was out there 7 days a week busting his butt, giving countless interviews no questions off limits, holding rallies every day sometimes 4 a day and nobody brings this up, all we get is this victimization of this effin b*tch as if she is the Messiah, it’s unreal how much she gets her ass kissed not only from the left but the RINOs as well none of whom stick up for Trump and point out this reason why he won.

I’m sure somebody already posted this, but if the suit alleges that Russia or Wiki-leaks hacked their server, then discovery will allow the Trump campaign to seek to examine the DNC server for evidence.
But the first thing to happen will be that the campaign will ask to have the suit put on hold until the SC, the DOJ, and the congressional investigations have been completed first.
So who in Russia will accept the subpoena to appear in court? Discovery is gonna be a bitch especially when Trump gets to subpoena FISA records, records of Bernie and his relationship to the DNC’s throttling of his candidacy, Seth Rich and wiretap records. Are the Dems really sure they want to go this route?
