Is it any wonder President Trump as difficulty finding loyal and trustworthy people to appoint to important positions? WHERE THE HELL ARE THE ARRESTS??????? I’m sure we are only hearing about a fraction of what is going on.

He has other issues, but this ain’t one of them.
It would not surprise me if this is a case perceived ‘ownership’ of the EPA by the LEFT and their environment allies. Predecessors in this office were almost all either fellow travelers or environmentalist-leaning RINOs who let the apparatchiks in the EPA bureaucracy grow their power through regulatory expansion and ‘losing’ court fights with the Sierra Club and the like.
An on-going and perpetual problem with the logical brief that underpins the EPA, is that the only way to really protect the environment is to EXCLUDE HUMAN BEINGS to the maximum extant possible. The people attracted to working for this agency are, IMHO, likely to be inclined to the zealous side of this argument and there is little to restrict their actions from within their operations.
Thus to the like-minded, both with-in and with-out the EPA, Administrator Scott Pruitt is an existential danger of opening files and showing odorous schemes and motivations. Thus, like Bill, he must be killed!
