JONESVILLE, MI - A Red Indian ice cream flavor, marketed specially last week at a Jonesville restaurant, has roiled some and sparked a slew of sometimes vicious social media remarks.
"If you look at all the major Native organizations, using redskin to describe Indians is frowned upon at the very least, and it is considered blatantly racist and hurtful," Natasha Crall of Hillsdale said on Saturday.

This place is only 15 mi. from my house, and I pass it at least once a week.
The owner said they have sold ‘Red Indian’ ice cream for 50 years and will continue selling it until he retires.
I really doubt neither he, or his customers, give a crap what liberal puke snowflakes think or say.

Years ago it was common to see articles speculating about the changes we would see in our society and culture as modern technology and machinery relieved people of drudgery and afforded them more free time.
Most of the ideas had to do with leisure, entertainment and constructive activities - more hobbies, travel, vacation, charitable work, etc.
But now we know the ugly truth.

This is a chronic problem with the secular left. It doesn’t know how far is seemly. Yes we DO have problems with genuine racist bigoted putdowns. That’s a finger in the eye to God. No, not every figurative reference to a race is a putdown. I’ll believe that the secular left has embraced this the moment it deems “That’s mighty white of you” to be verboten. I have never seen that.
