I'm tuned into FOX but other stations will be airing the presser in Shertz. Officials to speak have been announced and will start any minute.
A package exploded at the Shertz FedEx building last night. Mailed from Austin to Austin.
This morning, a second package was found and being investigated at the FedEx building near the ABIA airport in Austin. Hopefully, they'll be able to find more info from this intact package.
This is one busy ass bomber !

Is the explosive TAPD? If it is this is all religious based terrorism by muslims. This stuff is super sophisticated. This last explosion was timer triggered. Fedex dilly dallied in delivery , as usual, and Boom? Clock ticked off. This goes on every day in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan. The 4th terrorist explosions was absolutely an IED. I now understand that the trigger was a trip wire hit by a bicycle. CLASSIC IED. You will soon see a radio controlled IED. That will be next.
Congress appears to be hiding the ball on getting the WALL built. Trump should veto any budget that does not expressly fund 100% of the wall. This open southern border is killing Americans everyday by crime and now by terrorism. “ If we have to close the government down, WE ARE BUILDING THE WALL” to quote Donald John Trump exactly. The budget is being passed THIS WEEK!! We want the WALL!! ALL THE WALL!!

I call them news conference backslap fests!
You'll note, anytime anything news worthy happens happens, they'll get the police chief, all of his underlings, the mayor, city council member, they'll fly the governor in and what do they all do?? Backslap each other as they strain for TV face time to be used for their next election campaign.
They spend most of their time introducing each other for the cameras and then start complementing each other, as they name every government agency involved and tell all how feverishly they work, how great, brave and heroic they all are...on and on. It's one big back slap fest.
I find these so called, "News conferences" to be disgusting and very revealing.

Seems like there are press conferences on one thing or another on an almost daily basis, but total silence on whatever the hell actually happened in Las Vegas.
What they can do with bomb forensics would blow away any agency in the U.S., pardon the pun.

Back in the ‘70s up until the spawning of Dell, Austin was a nice place to live. Busy when UT was in session and the population went down about 50% when UT let out for the Summer. Lake Travis was not shore to shore and dock to dock smart asses in boats like it is now.
The city motto is “keep Austin weird” , well they’ve managed to do that...
I doubt that this is an Islamist because the Muslims go for either big bombs or suicide vests where they can kill a crowd of people. In any case, Islamist bombs always have a target in mind.
These bombs are small, they’re so far designed to hurt whoever picks them up or triggers them and that’s random.
That’s the more typical behavior of white, educated, intellectual, anarchist bombers who just want to sow discord and chaos to prove some obscure point that no one is going to give a damn about when we finally find out what it is.
