I commend the Attorney General for this necessary step to avoid spending $1.8 million in retirement for a dirty criminal bastard. I also hope that now sessions has real blood in his teeth he will save this nation with a special prosecutor to destroy the deep state and return power to the people. Thanks Jeff!! Good work so far!!

Since Day One, I have held that this is the most significant scandal in the entire history of our country.
It was (and still is) meant to be a backdoor coup. We are going to see more, and bigger people becoming enmeshed in this.

He gets BOTH, his 403-B plan + monthly pension based on years of service as a civil service employee. That second portion is in danger due to firing. The first portion is his money, and can not be confiscated under current law.

Four years isn’t a lifetime, and Trump is burning through this term fast.

I’m a Federal Retiree under FERS. He will still get his Thrift Savings (like a 401k) at age 59 1/2. He will not get any monthly pension since he did not have a 70 combo. 50yrs + 20 yrs. It can be any combo, like 15 years at age 55. But I think you have to be at least 50. Of course different branches have different rules, but that’s the way it was for me. I had 35 years at age 65

Do you really think that keeping his pension is the gut issue he’s facing? Get serious, he’s facing certain prosecution and maybe be heading to jail, the loss of a $55k a year pension is not what’s gonna keep him up nights.
