Robert Mueller’s Beltway Cover-Up

(excerpted) By using the justice system as a political weapon, Mueller and his supporters in both parties are confirming what many Americans already believe: We are not all equal under one law.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed him nearly a year ago to lead an investigation without parameters. That’s because Mueller’s job is to obscure the abuses of the US surveillance apparatus that occurred under the Obama administration.

The idea that whenever anyone who supported Trump, or even voted for him, met with a Russian national the dish on the menu was treason is the stuff of Cold War B-movies. But it is also evidence of something more than prosecutorial overreach

Prince was thrown into the middle of Russiagate after an April 3, 2017 Washington Post story reported his meeting with the Russian banker. But how did anyone know about the meeting? After the story came out, Prince said he was shown “specific evidence” by sources from the intelligence community that the information was swept up in the collection of electronic communications and his identity was unmasked. The US official or officials who gave his name to the Post broke the law when they leaked classified intelligence. “Unless The Washington Post has somehow miraculously recruited the bartender of a hotel in the Seychelles,” Prince told the House Intelligence Committee in December, “the only way that’s happening is through SIGINT [signals intelligence].”

Mueller presumably knows whether Prince’s name was indeed unmasked and then leaked to the press—and that the leak was a crime. Mueller certainly knows that most of the case he has regarding Russian interference in the 2016 election was built by abuses of the foreign intelligence surveillance apparatus and other related crimes that are punishable with jail time. The identity of Trump’s short-tenured National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was swept up and leaked to the press in the same way as Prince’s. It was leaked to the same newspaper, the Washington Post.

As I explained last week, the identity of Attorney General Jeff Sessions was also unmasked from intelligence intercepts and leaked to the Washington Post. The fact that the FBI had secured a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant on Carter Page was also leaked to the Post. The warrant on Page was secured on the basis of the findings in the Steele dossier, an unverified piece of opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee.

--The purpose of the Mueller inquiry is therefore not to investigate the mostly ludicrous-seeming charges in the Steele dossier, but to protect the institution of the FBI, former colleagues, as well as the national security surveillance system. Therefore the inquiry has to cover up the sinful origins of the collusion narrative itself—which was born in repeated abuses of power and subsequent crimes committed by US officials in the intelligence bureaucracy and the Obama administration.--

Mueller critics cite the Hatfill case as evidence of his sometimes unhealthy zeal and refusal to change course in spite of the facts. Another episode from the post-9/11 period goes directly to the heart of the investigation he is currently conducting.

As an intelligence bureaucrat who was never held accountable for the enormous public failure that the Hatfill case represented, Robert Mueller was the natural choice to be the public face of a campaign designed to protect the interests of an unaccountable ruling class. The range of his inquiry is dictated not by the ostensible purpose of his appointment, but by the nature and scope of the abuses and crimes he’s covering up. Should the wheels of the Mueller probe ever stop grinding, his entire constituency immediately becomes vulnerable. The public will understand what happened, who’s responsible, and who covered it up.

That’s why the investigation can’t stop; it can only keep expanding. Let Mueller do his work, Democratic and Republican elites chant together, like a mystery cult. We don’t know what Mueller knows. Somewhere, someone must have committed a crime, or told a lie, and then something that Trump did or someone who worked for him did will prove that someone did something, or that someone lied to the people in charge of the cover-up.

Under our Constitution there should have not been an Obama administration.

Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen.

“Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed him nearly a year ago to lead an investigation without parameters.”

Thank you Jeff Sessions. If this nation survives, history will not deal kindly with Jeff Sessions.

Anyway, come next January, he is over, if he evades firing before then. Then he will go back to Alabama and run for his old seat.

Trump should give Sessions two options,

1. Un-recuse yourself and inform Mueller his investigation will end in 24 hours. Seal all offices and confiscate all communication devices, files, reports, etc.

2. Resign.

Robert Mueller’s Beltway Cover-Up

All Freepers already know about Mueller's cover-up, since he has not investigated all the shenanigans of Miss Hillary who did the actual collusion with the Russians. We are beyond P.O.ed.!!!

We know that he will not investigate the following: Comey, Clapper, Eric Holder, Valerie Jarrett, Loretta Lynch, and lastly the America Hating Never Worked an Hour in office OBAMA.

We actually already know why he has not investigated this bunch and it is because we will be even more beyond P.O.ed!!!

We know Mueller got the work memo from the never working Obama and that is to never work more than one hour a day and get a big fat pay check.

BTW, Mueller will get a big fat pay check for his inaction plus he has got to be really low on funds since he wants to be known as the worst Special Prosecutor evah!!!

One thing for sure, it has also hilited the ineptitude of one Jeff Sessions.

Can we ask Mueller to investigate the America Hating Obama status as far as far as honoring the Constitution of the U.S. by being a legally born U.S. Citizen with two (2) U.S. citizen parents. I guess that would be asking way too much from a Rat Mueller!!! Heck, they said that a Special Prosecutor can investigate whatever he wants to investigate.

It continues to amaze me how none of the Boston Bombing families have sued Robert Mueller for being a virtual accomplice to that jihad. Trump could help their cause by releasing key classified correspondence from Mueller as FBI Director.

The DNC candidate for President in 2016 was up to her ears in treason, bribery, and fraud. She lost despite rigging the primary system, the debates, and probably the vote counting in a lot of states. She also spent a billion dollars losing.

So the DNC is dead broke. They have no money for opposition research, so what to do?

They scream Russian meddling in the election to cover for the embarrassing loss, to cover Hillary’s U1 treason, and then they have Deep State start an investigation to complete the illusion. They instruct the investigator to concentrate on personal behavior instead of criminal behavior, since they already know the only thing on Russia are DNC crimes.

Then they have the special investigator drag out the process so they can continue to scream Russia every time they need to change the subject from real crimes THEY committed.

Make sure the special investigator (who has nothing) files his report early in the 2020 election cycle, basically exonerating the President on Russia.

Now the important part. Have the Sin-vestigator turn over any salacious material uncovered to the DNC. Free swamp-sponsored opposition research when you had no money!

Start leaking the swamp-gas while still screaming Russia. Also portray the investigation as being a white-wash performed by the investigator APPOINTED BY Trump’s DOJ, in other words: COVER-UP! Watergate times 1,000!

You now have election material to discredit Trump’s morality, and imply corruption on a “Nixonian Level.” All for free, while covering up past DNC crimes.

Agreed. Further, if Sessions doesn’t do either Trump should fire him. But, if Trump doesn’t fire a recalcitrant Sessions, then Trump takes ownership of the Mueller mess.

Yep - no way this drawn out witch hunt is about collusion - it’s to obfuscate and do some serious ass-covering.

Mueller and his band of traitors think that a dictatorship led by them will succeed. It will not. They seem to forget (or ignore) that dictatorships have the seeds of their own destruction. Americans will never accept a dictatorship.

And just today I heard about this article On theThe Dan Bongino Show this great article you started the thread on: Robert Mueller’s Beltway Cover-Up

An excerpt explaining how the Obama Administration was trying to cover its tracks in this. Fascinating stuff to those with an IT background:

"...And now some intelligence and data experts believe that the CIA cloud is how the Obama administration could have minimized its trail after unmasking US persons. “The NSA database, with its large and ongoing collection of electronic communications, can be accessed through the NSA’s cloud,” says one former senior intelligence official. The NSA can audit it and find out if analysts are violating rules. The NSA does not audit the CIA’s cloud, which is audited by the CIA’s IT people and Amazon Web Services employees who are given security clearances. Says the former official: “There are people in the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the National Security Council staff who can move information from the NSA cloud into the CIA cloud. That seems the likeliest scenario to explain how Obama officials first unmasked US persons and then shared information without leaving a trail that could be audited independently, or immediately, at every step. Since unmasking, by itself, is authorized for lawful purposes, it’s the processing and sharing, as with Susan Rice’s spreadsheets, that tell us if the information was being misused...”

So, how I see it (my summary of the key part of this...if I am off base, someone will let me know I am sure...:):

1.) The NSA cloud is highly audited, and the ability to audit data is easier for many people, all they need is appropriate permissions and the audit trail is rich and audit tools easy to use.

2.) The CIA data is apparently not highly audited, or at least not to the same degree. AND, the ability to audit requires special skill sets, probably SQL query skills and knowledge of the database structure. FURTHERMORE, because that is probably fewer people, the gateways into the data are more easily guarded by select people whose loyalties are known.

3.) AND HERE IS THE KICKER: There are a very few, select key people in the CIA and NSA who have the ability to move data back and forth between the NSA cloud and the CIA cloud! FROM the cloud that is easily monitored and audited, SO...to get around people knowing who looked at what and when..."trusted" people in the CIA and NSA could be counted on to move needed data to where it could be unmasked and combed through.

Using the "two hop" rule under FISA where you can look at someone like, oh, Carter Page...see EVERY person he phoned or emailed, look at EVERY person THOSE people phoned or emailed, and then look at EVERY person they phoned or emailed. That sounds like a logarithmic rise in the volume of people whose communications could be monitored.

I think it also explains why Michael Rogers (Head of the NSA at the end of Obama's term) showed up at Trump Towers without telling his boss or his team, and within a day or two, word was out Michael Rogers was being fired for poor performance.

The very next day after that meeting, Trump moved his machine out of Trump Towers.

Rogers may have known all along what was going on and realized he had to save what he could of his own skin. Or maybe it was that audit he ran that showed a threefold rise in data searches in the highly audible NSA cloud from a recent volume of 10,000 searches per year, suddenly jumping up to 30,000 per year. He saw that, maybe he knew more...don't know. But he is the one who told Trump he was being spied on.

I think this is an extremely important aspect of this. We know better, but the left was able to get away with claiming Hillary Clinton was just careless and clueless about security, and bumbled into that stupidity. We know that it was malicious intent to hide official communications regarding the Clinton Foundation. In the same way, this shows clear malicious and sneaky intent to deceive by the CIA, FBI, and Obama Administration.

I think this is the biggest scandal in the history of our country, a largely bloodless coup attempt by the CIA, FBI, Outgoing Administration, and a willing media. We need to get this word out.

Yes. I hope that is the case. I don’t know a lot about him, and it is entirely possible he was kept in the dark in some of this, which explains his trip to Trump tower a few weeks after the election to tip them off, against the will, and without the permission of his bosses, who tried to fire him slanderously.

He may have taken the hit on that to get the information out, so as far as I am concerned, if he has been involved, this action by him should mitigate that, I hope.

Even better if he WAS out of the loop.

Partner, we already know these guys especially the FBI and CIA were run by the biggest crooks of any presidential administration evah.

We want to know why these guys are not running around with shackles on their feet and wrists walking to a nice federal prison and hopefully for a long time.

As you have mentioned the right arm of the Rat party is the Fake News MSM, who will never report the truth of what happened during the America Hating Obama regime. Personally, you are doing more of the investigative reporting than the treacherous, lying, deceiving, and back stabbing MSM. Shameful for the MSM to say the least and probably one of the major reasons a lot of folks in this great country of ours is coming to our side of the criminal behaviors of the Rat party for the past 50 years.

I personally like Don Bongino since he talks straight and knows what he is talking about since he worked for the Secret Service in this country plus he is very conservative and we know he does not speak with a forked tongue as they say.

One of the major problems also are our own Rino folks and Romney fans who will not lift a finger to help out the Trump administration especially the Bush family. I hate to even call them Texas folks but they live in our great state of Texas.

We finally have a president who is not a politician and has been very successful in the business world plus the fact that he has some smarts is not getting the respect from our darling MSM.

Robert Mueller should be fired as the Special Prosecutor since we already know the collusion occurred by the Clintoon family and the Russians. Mueller is also spending a lot of money. Jeff Sessions is already gone in my book since he just does not have it to be the U.S. Attorney General end of story.
