Former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg vowed Monday to refuse a subpoena from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team to appear before a grand jury this week as part of the Russia probe, defiantly claiming: “Let him arrest me.”

“Mr. Mueller should understand I am not going in on Friday,” Nunberg told the Washington Post.

Yes, he can say he was diagnosed by Dr. Sava as having Clinton amnesia syndrome. He simply can’t recall anything except that he refused to obey the Hillary Clinton voice channeling in his head commanding him to lie.

When people get to decide when they will and will not obey a court order (that’s what a subpoena is) then it’s game over. We have ceased to be a country governed by the rule of law.

Why should any of us have respect for law & order when an entire group of people (illegals) get to flaunt the law in our faces?

By the millions, with the MSM-Democrats telling us they're virtuous for doing so.

I know he has nothing good to say about Trump and that he was fired due to racist posts on his Facebook account. Mueller must be scraping the bottom of the barrel going after this yutz.

So in other words the guy would not even withstand scrutiny under cross examination for his character, which is about right. But carry on Herr Mueller, SS Chief Himmler would be proud.

Nope. Meuller investigation is BS.

There are certainly times when courts should be ignored. James 1st’s Star Chamber was a court created by the king w/o parliamentary consent. It was an administrative court that was continued by his son Charles who was executed in English civil war.

Likewise, one could argue that the premise for the Meuller investigation is a bogus deep state creation that has exceeded its original mandate. The number two Weinstein has a history of prosecutorial abuse in not revealing exculpatory evidence in previous cases. Can’t you see this creep indicting innocent Trump associates and forcing them to sign plea deals if the give fake testimony against Trump?

As an aside, administrative courts don’t respect the BOR, so it’s legimate for citizens to resist their usurpations.

My Dad had Dementia and Alzheimer’s and Sessions acts just like my Dad did when the symptoms manifested.

If you remember last years some Pharmacist stated he secretly and regularly delivered Dementia and other drugs to the Capitol Building for many members of Congress. I believe him and wonder if one of those deliveries was to Sessions while he was still in Congress.

What makes you think that this country is still under the rule of law? If it were, Hillary and Obuma would be in prison.

You want conservatives to obey the “rule of law,” while leftists ignore law. Will you cheer “the rule of law” when that treasonous snake Mueller indicts Trump?

Wake up.

Not really. He may well have his lawyers preparing the necessary motions to oppose the subpoena, or is preparing to litigate Mueller's response to his refusal.

There may well be arguments at this point that Mueller's probe lacks sufficient, specific grounds under the independent counsel law, and winning that argument would probably negate any subpoena that was issued related to it.

Another court can certainly quash a subpoena.

You are entirely correct. All he needs to do is send word in writing that he is pleading the 5th and that’s the end of it unless he is granted immunity. But just thumbing his nose and saying “F-— you I’m not showing up” doesn’t work.

>>We have ceased to be a country governed by the rule of law.<<

You’re joking, right? Because I’m sure it hasn’t escaped your notice that for many years, and especially from 2009 to 2017, the governance of this country has NOT been by “the rule of law” but rather by the violation of it.
