Leftists are slamming a new Bruce Willis movie as a “racist” “commercial for the NRA.”
Opening this weekend, “Death Wish,” a remake of the 1974 film of the same name, stars Willis as Paul Kersey, a Chicago doctor who turns vigilante to exact his revenge on a group of men who murdered his wife and brutally attacked his daughter. Here’s a synopsis from RottenTomatoes:

Yup. Critic reviews can be tossed out the window anytime there’s a movie with a twinge of politics. Black Panther has a 97% critic rating, and the one guy that gave it a thumbs down was pilloried throughout the media. If you used their scores as a guide, you’d be led to believe that Black Panther is better film than Gone with the Wind, which clocks in at 93%. LoL

Liberals don’t like it? Excellent. I will watch it in theatres instead of downloading for free like I do with every liberal movies!

Does Hollywood really want to criticize violence in movies at this point?
The only movies that make any money anymore are superhero themed violent movies. Do they get that? Do they think they can just make movies about lonely women falling in love with a male mermaid aliens and support an industry?
Can’t wait to see the remake either. Original was tremendous!

Have not seen Black Panther and probably won't, but of course one can't escape the advertising. My one question is.... WHY DO ALL THE BLACK CHARACTERS TALK IN THAT STUPID ALMOST PIDGEKIN ACCENT?1
I bet if it was about a vigilante taking out TEA partners, PP protesters and Republicans at baseball games, it would be highly praised by media reviewers.

“To say that Charles Bronson was a “bad ass” would be an understatement.”
No kidding. I recently recommended “Hard Times” to some young relatives who are sick of today’s soy boys. Bronson was 54 years old when the film was made.
John Wick, John Wick 2, Taken{1,2,3}, Punisher, The Mechanic. Not to mention the Chinese martial arts movies with revenge as a motive.
The leftists are saying the NRA is racist, and then those same leftists are saying that they don't think that black men are man enough to handle the responsibility of firearm ownership.
A movie that really did not need to be remade, as its hard to improve on the original.
I am surprised that the remake kept the original pro-2A themes though. I thought they would go back to the more anti-vigilante tone of the book, if not worse.
Great motivation to go see this movie.
