President Trump on Wednesday voiced support for confiscating guns from certain individuals deemed to be dangerous, even if it violates due process rights.
“I like taking the guns early, like in this crazy man’s case that just took place in Florida ... to go to court would have taken a long time,” Trump said at a meeting with lawmakers on school safety and gun violence.
“Take the guns first, go through due process second,” Trump said.

Yes I agree. But we don’t just take rights away because someone “calls in” , I have known that since the 8th grade. The stupidity of people and possibly our president is astounding to me. I AGREE WITH TRUMP ON 95%, But on the 5% he is wrong , I will stand up. I am not perfect and neither is he.

Or will you take defensive measures, will you call the cops, would you expect them to disarm the crazy, as judged by you, person?

Due process is due process. Circumventing the Constitution for expediency is bullshit.

Trump saying due process should come after the fact. That’s bullshit. I do not agree with that sentiment at all.

If someone files for a protective order.
It will be granted.
Then the police will come and take your guns.
THEN you get your opportunity to be heard.
