It sounds like President Trump is supporting Manchin/Toomey universal background check bill. Does anyone else get that impression?

I think they should have taken Cruz’s guns when he posted online that he wanted to be a professional school shooter.
A bail bondsman reported Cruz to the FBI, and of course the losers at the FBI did nothing.
We had a case like this in Maine last week. A 19 year old posted on a video gaming site that he wanted to shoot up a high school here in Maine....and mentioned the name of the school. The punk said he wanted a higher body count than in Florida!
The owner of the video gaming site contacted the FBI, the FBI contacted the local police here in Maine, and the punk was arrested and is being held without bail. His arraignment was shown on the local news last week.
And you can bet that the average base voter won't figure out what Freepers can't.
Pray that he doesn't blow the only chance for the Republic with this insane position.

As do I. President Trump is one of the people I can count on one hand that I do trust.
President Trump does what he thinks is best for the USA, but getting there is a switchback trail up the mountain.
There is no super secret super genius plan here, what he just did is dumb and some one needs to tell him. It is just not his castle at risk here, it is everyones.

Yeah? Show me where in the Constitution abortion is a constitutionally protected federal right. Try as I might, I just can’t seem to put my finger on that particular clause.
I’m really pizzed off about this universal background check bill as it has nothing to do with these school shootings. That being said it is unenforceable without a national gun registry. Ask Connecticut how their registration law worked? Nobody registered and they finally did away with it. I will never register a gun in this lifetime.

Well, he can issue the executive order and like so many of Obama’s EO’s, its legality will be suspect. But he can do it.
