Report: Court to release documents from Bill Clinton probe Federal court is reportedly set to unseal long-secret documents stemming from former Independent Counsel Ken Starr's investigation into then-President Bill Clinton; reaction and analysis from former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich. A federal judge has ordered the unsealing of documents from then-Independent Counsel Ken Starrs two-decade old probe that led to former President Bill Clintons impeachment. Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia granted the order Monday in response to a Freedom of Information Act request from CNN. According to the judges order, CNN journalist Katelyn Polantz requested on Feb. 9, 2018 that eight sealed matters arising from Starrs 1998 investigation of Clinton be unsealed and made public.

It will serve as confirmation that Bill Clinton Raped Juanita Broadrick and also tampered with evidence and attempted to
Obstruct justice by intimidating witnesses in a federal investigation.
Chelsea will call a press conference and state ‘That the real story out there if anyone cares to investigate is this Vast Right Wing Conspiracy out to get her parents’.
CNN? How is it their business to explore how Mueller should be investigating?
Whatever they are doing, it for sure is something they think will hurt DJT. And that’s the truth.

SO.... these documents will be turned over to CNN. And no one else. Is that correct ?
IDK, but I believe it will be available to all Americans.
The release has to contain more than the redacted version of this:

I've read that exactly zero Democrat Senators went to the evidence room to read the reports. Hmm.
If the former SS author(assigned to guard Clinton) of “Crisis of Character” is to be believed, the Clintons had their own “dossiers” on each republican Senator and made it clear to them that they had better not convict.
what was kinda funny, was hearing him doing an interview with an Indianapolis Radio host, was when he was talking about the meeting they had discussing what to do if Hillary made a serious run at Bill with a fork of knife or something.
They were obliged to defend the Pres, so they had orders to take her down if she tried. Too bad she didn’t try in their immediate presence.
There was an article earlier today that said the CIA can limit what news organizations they can give information to.
Remember the hidden photos and video of Obama that a West Coast Newspaper refused to release. The MSM always covers for the Socialist/Left. Socialist/Communist always wear masks to confuse and mislead. The MSM has help with this deception since the 40s.
CNN petitioned the docs under the FOIA and they can choose to publicize the results, or not.
Once the docs have been released, others can make the same request to FOIA.
Oh gosh........yuk! Barf!
I've said it here on FR many times - I truly believe if those parliament of weasels and cowards had convicted Clintigula, we never would have gotten Barry Soetero as President and Hitlery would not have become the blight on America that she is.
Good. Maybe it will violate the 1996 telecommunications act again. Reason why it wasn’t released. This is reminder time with no cover-up.
Clinton’s are the agreed fall guys. Obama was just following orders ...
NO Democrat went to the evidence room. NOT ONE>.
During that time cell phones did not have cameras and were the size of a brick.
[Snip] Reference. The record indicates that Bruce Lindsey, Sidney
Blumenthal, Nancy Hernreich and Lanny Breuer all invoked
executive privilege when they appeared before the grand jury.
Executive privilege, unlike the 5th Amendment privilege against
self incrimination, the attorney—client privilege, or the
spousal privilege, is not a personal privilege. Executive
privilege is constitutionally based—it is rooted in the
doctrine of separation of powers. Executive privilege, which
adheres to the office of the president and not the occupant of
that office, shields communications relating to the exercise of
core presidential functions.
Because executive privilege is constitutionally based and
because it adheres to the office of the President, only the
President can authorize its assertion. Most legal scholars
agree it can not be delegated to subordinates.
The President, while in Africa, publicly denied knowing
anything about the assertions. If that is true, his staff
invoked the privilege without his authorization which would be
unconstitutional and could be viewed as an abuse of power
intended to obstruct the investigation.
Apparently someone has accessed Monica’s complete testimony with some type of camera or perhaps completed all the redacted sections that had been kept off the record.
Aside from disgusting every one further and normalizing more of Slick’s sex acts, it’s not clear on how any of this benefits or adds anything new to what has already been known.
In fact, most would have preferred to learn that the two were having ‘traditional regular basic relations’ after reading about Slick’s encounters.
Knowing that younger generations of decent kids will immediately gain access to everything, Bill’s business is better left buried or destroyed for eternity.
This is a CNN gambit to draw the curtain back a bit on the “independent prosecutor” function. I think CNN is assuming that Ken Starr had a lot of supporting evidence on the Clinton’s that will finally make the case that Bubba should have been removed from office. CNN’s gamble is that the public will draw the same over-generalized conclusion about the current Trump investigation — that Mueller has more cards than he is showing.
I think that this will backfire, and that it will be the final nail in the public lives of Bill & Hillary. The next we’ll see of them will be their funerals (although Hillary’s will be private).
Hillary is a sadistic sociopath and Bill is a perverted sociopath.
