I did a slight adjustment to Baracks new "portrait"....(or maybe, "POTrait") to make the "garden setting" a little more appropriate for him.

Well, that’s interesting, because you can see precedent in Kennedy ( especially ) and Clinton, in their departure from the usual formality. Of course, this goes several steps beyond. It’s a mockery, really, and no doubt intended that way. It makes my ears burn.
