Fine with me. If the names have to be redacted to further the release of the memo, fine. The important thing is that the public know what happened, and soon. Names of bad actors will come later, perhaps in court documents.
Moreover, we need to insure that unbiased juries can be formed.
Yes, Wray was Assistant Attorney General from 2003 to 2005, working under Deputy Attorney General James Comey.

If anyone in their right mind thinks that Donald Trump - after the Hell that he’s been put through for the last at least 15 months - is going to allow names to be redacted, then perhaps they’re not exactly in their right mind.
RELEASE THE KRAKKEN!!!! Errrrr, MEMO. Yeah, MEMO, that’s the ticket. UN-f’ing-redacted. We taxpayers paid for it, and we voters were victimized by the crimes perpetrated. RELEASE IT.
The next step would be that the committee votes to send the issue to the whole House. The House must take it up, and must deal with it. All the representatives go on record.
Simultaneously, anything that was not objected to can be disclosed to the public immediately.

Do you think that it's a secret court that will indict. One indicts NAMED individuals. Hiding their names does nothing good, and it only decreases the pressure upon the foot-dragging DOJ to indict.
I agree. We absolutely need to know the names - people who should be held accountable. For example, I have yet to find out who thought it was a good idea to give asylum to the Boston bombers.

There may be some credence here to this statement. Or just a way to show that Wray is not a rubber stamper for the president when the memo gets released. He wont matter anyway when it gets released.
