There may be some credence here to this statement. Or just a way to show that Wray is not a rubber stamper for the president when the memo gets released. He wont matter anyway when it gets released.

If I'm a good person within the FBI, I would be pissed off at watching the crooks (Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Strzok, Baker, Page...etc) advance within the ranks of the FBI. I wouldn't want to see the names covered up by Wray. I think it's condescending to the good employees to think that they would want to take the side of protecting the corrupt.

It's like thinking that black people would want to take the side of a black criminal. Or a baseball player would take the side of a cheating steroid using baseball player.
