I would expect that Flynn will request that his guilty plea be thrown out due to FBI and DOJ misconduct before the 90 days is over.
Flynn will not be the only one making that request.
Anyone in jail or fined due to any FBI/DOJ investigation going back to when Mueller was in Charge of the FBI down to the current deep state liars/thugs/crooks of the DOJ/FBI will be asking for a reversal.
As walls close in on FBI, the bureau lashes out at its antagonists!

There are two overarching issues.
First, there’s the alleged improper use of politically-funded opposition research to justify secret warrants to spy on U.S. citizens for political purposes.
Second, if corruption is ultimately identified at high levels in our intel agencies, it would necessitate a re-examination of every case and issue the officials touched over the past decade — or two — under administrations of both parties.
This is why I think the concerns transcend typical party politics.
It touches everybody. It’s potentially monumental.
This week, the FBI said it was unfair for the House Intelligence Committee not to provide its memo outlining alleged FBI abuses. The committee wrote the summary memo after reviewing classified government documents in the Trump-Russia probe.

Aren't there three signatures on that line? Muller's, and the two Senior Assistant Special Counsels, Van Grack and Ahmad? Since their names are listed, I'm assuming they had to both co-sign the document.

I was responding to another poster who said it was Mueller’s.
MSNBC ran a piece trying to compare this russia nonsense to watergate..its not even close. There are so many myths about water gate...the biggest being that Bernstein and Woodward broke that story, ..they did no such thing. James McCord, one of the burgulars, actually blew the case wide open his with his letter to the judge at his sentencing...within a month, Nixons chief of staff, his top domestic advisor.and white house council were all gone..the case actually unraveled quite quickly. The real battle was over the tapes.

The Govt. BANKRUPTED him and told Flynn they would BANKRUPT his SON!! Hev NO idea of what his son was accused of, but Flynn needs to SUE THE CRAP OUT OF THE GOVT!!!! One time I wouldn’t mind paying!
