House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes issued the following statement today:
“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objections to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies. The FBI is intimately familiar with ‘material omissions’ with respect to their presentations to both Congress and the courts, and they are welcome to make public, to the greatest extent possible, all the information they have on these abuses. Regardless, it’s clear that top officials used unverified information in a court document to fuel a counter-intelligence investigation during an American political campaign. Once the truth gets out, we can begin taking steps to ensure our intelligence agencies and courts are never misused like this again.”
FBI is CYA for Obama and Hillary.

Nunes apparently thinks that the “FBI response memo” is real.
I wonder if the memo contained information damaging to the Republicans or the Trump Administration, would the same circumstance be true?
(t’s clear as a bell ; FBI and DoJ did not operate by themselves . They were acting under direct orders from Barack Obama . OBAMA needs to be implicated in this vast conspiracy , indicted , arrested , prosecuted and convicted of a host of crimes and conspiracies. Same with his co-conspirator , Hillary Clinton . They , along with all their cohorts , need to end up doing time in Guantanamo . Accountability ! Accountability at last ...

Notice how this response is actually posted on the House PSCI website, whereas the “FBI” statement is not on the FBI website or letterhead.
FBI and DOJ bureaucraps are in total cover-up mode.

Sessions and the President must clean house at the FBI tonight. Mueller must be fired. A new special prosecutor must be must hired to investigate the illegal wire tapping of the Trump campaign and the Obama Administration’s involvement in it. Anything less is allowing an attempted coup go unpunished.
It is refreshing to see at least one Congressional GOP with a spine.
Devin Nunes has been on this ever since that day last year when he rushed to the WH to review documents. Adam Schiff then had him brought up on phony ethics charges. Nunes is a hero in my book and the rarest breed of all. A Congressional Republican who fights back! God bless him.
