No harm in acting like it is. Pretty much ALL of the press has reported the statement as fact, some attributing it to Director Wray.
Make the statement allegedly from the FBI into cause for a big stink.

based on this press release, I doubt the FBI takes its obligations seriously. "Continuing integrity." Wow. Spreading fake news takes lots of integrity. Drain the swamp.
