Populist conservative columnist and New York Times best-selling author Ann Coulter says Attorney General Jeff Sessions “better be ready to arrest all” members of Congress who are expected to bring illegal aliens as their dates to President Trump’s “State of the Union” (SOTU) address.
In an interview with conservative talk radio host Howie Carr, Coulter said Sessions should be gearing up to arrest Washington, D.C. politicians who arrive at Trump’s SOTU address with illegal aliens.
COULTER: I’ve also heard they’re planning on inviting illegal aliens. So Jeff Sessions better be ready to arrest all of them for conspiring to commit a crime, which I believe is a felony under federal law in all 50 states, even if the crime itself is not a felony. I mean, they had to have meetings, they had to make a phone call. These are people who are in the country illegally and anyone conspiring with them to keep them here illegally, to invite them to a State of the Union address, Jeff Sessions should have them all arrested and I mean the congressmen. Saw that interview. Pretty good. She was surprisingly NOT freaking out about the DACA thing. I thought she’d be loaded for bear but she was relatively mellow.

How will the illegal Aliens get past security? Whenever I enter a Federal Building in DC, it is Photo ID - empty pockets into the tray and get wanded. Where will the illegals get an approved Government issued ID card?

6 months ago the president of the Cal senate Kevin (De) Leon, the De was added by him to make him more ethnic, admitted publically half his family came here illegally and he had helped them. If sessions and trump didn’t move on that, they won’t move on congress members who bring illegals in and flaunt them right in the president’s face.
It takes balls to enforce the law.

U.S. Legislators protected from arrest in most cases, due to the Constitution.
Not going to happen.
Most Republicans want to bipartisanly be assist Democrats.
I would imagine that the congressmen’s offices had to submit their names to somebody for clearances. If they then ran those names into a thorough background check, they might find that one or more has committed, or is suspected of committing, felonies in the USA.
If so, they are no longer protected by the Obama EO that is still in effect while Trump’s disabling EO is still blocked by judges, and then they CAN be arrested.
The question is, are we a country of laws? Bonus question: Do the laws apply equally to all citizens?

Are not Congress critters exempt from arrest in DC if they claim they are on official business?
I am looking for that loud-mouthed “mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico,” who is the “guest” of Senator Gillibrand, to make a scene during the STOU Speech. You can count on her to get herself arrested. So they should “deport her” as well.
