6 months ago the president of the Cal senate Kevin (De) Leon, the De was added by him to make him more ethnic, admitted publically half his family came here illegally and he had helped them. I would imagine that the congressmen’s offices had to submit their names to somebody for clearances. If they then ran those names into a thorough background check, they might find that one or more has committed, or is suspected of committing, felonies in the USA.
If so, they are no longer protected by the Obama EO that is still in effect while Trump’s disabling EO is still blocked by judges, and then they CAN be arrested.
The question is, are we a country of laws? Bonus question: Do the laws apply equally to all citizens?
