That could also mean that Trump has UP TO 5 days to review. A maximum——but no minimum !!! He could review it before tomorrow’s SOTU speech and he could actually READ the memo into his speech.
That would be soooooo delicious. The public could hear it all direct-—and the media would be hard pressed to spin it all to protect their precious Democrats...........

The best thing that can happen is that Trump read the memo as an addendum to the State of the Union Address. That would release it publicly where there can be no Dem spin. The prepared Dem response would have been prepared for the printed and previously released SOTU Address.
The one thing to remember is that the memo was already release to members of Congress. The Dems are already screaming foul even though most of them don’t have any idea what is in the memo.

Thats exactly right, he has 5 days to decide... not that he has to use them, sounded like he already decided... my prediction a week ago, in a Q discussion thread was that he opened the SOTU by reading the memo... still hoping it comes true.
