That could also mean that Trump has UP TO 5 days to review. A maximum——but no minimum !!! He could review it before tomorrow’s SOTU speech and he could actually READ the memo into his speech.

That would be soooooo delicious. The public could hear it all direct-—and the media would be hard pressed to spin it all to protect their precious Democrats...........

Basically, the executive has five days within which to exercize a veto. Silence is approval. Trump is playing personal “hands off.” He’s allowed Wray to view the memo, so if there are any issues with making the contents public, Wray can lobby for that release veto. Boyd already lobbied for it, in a sense, but I think without seeing the memo so having no basis to object other than general principle.
