Having surgery tomorrow to fix, would you believe, two hernias! The surgeon will also repair and, I hope, eliminate my reflux. Overnight stay and a few weeks to recoup then hopefully my old self again.

Judge Janine insisted there was only one FISA judge If the judge you mentioned was the only one, I wonder if R R set the judge up so the SCOTUS could step in. Do we have any more details — dates —etc to compare to dates of reissues of FISA warrants etc
