That’s an important point. The Papadopoulos encounter with the Aussie was in May. But it wasn’t reported to the FBI until July after Wikileaks started posting the DNC emails. I assume the counterintelligence investigation was to assess whether Russia actually has Crooked’s emails not supposed collusion. I’ll take your word that the FBI already had the dossier they received earlier in July.
