President Donald Trump challenged Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer after his failed attempt to shut down the government and force Republicans into a DACA amnesty deal. Cryin Chuck Schumer fully understands, especially after his humiliating defeat, that if there is no Wall, there is no DACA, Trump wrote on Twitter on Tuesday night. We must have safety and security, together with a strong Military, for our great people!
Trump did not mention the other White House immigration reform principles which include an end to chain migration and the end of the visa lottery program.
The White House declared the Senate Flake/Graham/Durbin amnesty bill dead on arrival on Tuesday, but said they were open to a bill that addressed their three top priorities on immigration.
The President has laid out exactly what he wants to see, and hes laid out the principles that need to be addressed for a piece of legislation that hes actually willing to sign, White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders told reporters on Tuesday.

Wasn’t DACA just another Unconstitutional 0bama Executive Order? Why can’t PDJT write one, cancelling it out?
I’ve not seen that mentioned anywhere. Or is it because he’s a few steps ahead of me, as usual, and is saving that as the final nail in Cryin’ Chuck’s casket? LOL!
Man, he’s awesome at this. MAGA! :)
Wasn’t this wall approved in 2006 or something? What am I missing? And Hillary even voted for it I believe.
There should be an ever-increasing emphasis on arrests and deportation of illegals. Most ESPECIALLY including illegals who engage in activist or political activity.
: ) Nice. The Don ovan
Didn’t the SCOTUS play in there somewhere making it necessary for POTUS to give it a temporary reprieve ?
PING
He did that already, The USSC is taking that up very soon as a result of a lawsuit that was filed against his EO.

Send home all their parents & other family members, also.
This is far larger than 800,000 in total.
The Wall needs to be built in the next two years.””
I contend that the WALL could b e built in less than that time IF:
Trump put out a call for VOLUNTEERS with construction experience.
Give the volunteers a place to park their RV’s or travel trailers-—set up mess tens to feed them for free and use volunteers to cook & serve the food. Sack lunches for being away from ‘base camp’ during the middle of the day. Trailers for showers-—they exist— and laundry.
I believe that the response from Americans would be overwhelming. The wall could be built in a big damn hurry.
Sounds like Gorbachev trying to talk Reagan out of star wars at Reykjavik.
When it’s all said and done, the # of DACA-ites left will be beyond minimal.
Sessions is rooting them out faster than you can imagine, using drug laws, including the weed laws Freepers hate. All they need is a criminal record of ANY type and they get the boot.
My guess is we’ll have a DACA clause in the final agreement, it will amount to under 300,000 real people actually here, and I don’t men “yeh, plus the extended families.” I mean 300,000 total. Of that, fewer than half will ever vote, and of that, based on statistics, about 1/3 will vote R.
The final impact will be under 100,000 spread across 50 states.
The Supreme Court takes up DACA in June ,but DACA dies in March anyway
No wall and no DACA is much better than trading DACA for a wall.
I think this message is more for the GOPe than for Schumer
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I think you are right.
We only have Cotton, Grassley and Perdue definitely on the side of the citizens and the rule of law.
Flake, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Alexander, Graham, McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Cochran, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Barasso and Enzi are all in favor of amnesty
Oh, thats a good one! Obviously illegals have more political power than mere citizens. I cant get my representatives to do a damn thing. And they are pretend Republicans!
I notice the “news” (cough cough) and Dems use the words DACA and Dreamers interchangeably as though they are the same thing. From everything I have read, there are now only about 670,000 registered DACA-ites left in the country, and as LS has said more than once, they are being thinned out constantly. The so-called “Dreamers” (that always makes me gag) were supposedly brought here as “children” but never registered with DACA. IMHO, since the DACA stuff is being punted up to SCOTUS, and they have accepted it, it is only a matter of time before they rule that it is unconstitutional, so no unregistered “Dreamers” even have a chance to slip in along with the dwindling number of registered ones.
IOW, it’s dead, but just twitching a bit.
Also I have a question - I have read references to DACA being dead on a March date, why or what is this?
A-Hah! So I’m NOT 100% crazy? LOL! Thank you! :)
