GUYS- email was sent out by NSA before election with some plausible deniability attached to it so people could say "FAKE"! HOWEVER, the main audience wasn't normies, it was the black hats, a shot across the bow to say "WE HAVE IT ALL, YOUR'E RIGGING WON'T WORK". Q just brought it back up to speak directly to "THEM" again to show they are going to dump it all.
A wonderful strategy to get people informed and to find out things for themselves, dont'cha think? A million detectives on the case and at the same time informing the masses. Hardheads like you can be informed even as you try to shut it down. The attempt to debunk can be informative. Brilliant!

My opinion is this: You are all being trolled by some college kid regular from these shady forums that are used mainly for illegal and dark web activity. I've been looking into this Q business for awhile now, and see little of note. I have a top secret security clearance and have deployed all around the world under three presidents, and I believe Q while amusing and slightly entertaining, has a whole lot of you in hysterics.

Interesting, because Joe DiGenova, in his 31 minute video The Obama Administration's 'Brazen Plot To Exonerate Hillary Clinton' Starting To Seep Out named Admiral Mike Rogers as one of the truly heroic figures to emerge amidst all of the unprecedented criminality perpetrated by the DNC, Hillary Clinton, President Obama, his DOJ, a politicized FBI, etc.
Just as there are arch-criminals being exposed as this rotten-to-the-core onion is peeled, so, too, there will be heroes revealed—Patriots who played a pivotal role in defending this Republic, its institutions, and candidate—and ultimately President—Donald J. Trump.
The one thing the crooks didn't count on was Hillary Clinton losing the election. As a result, all of their brazen criminality is getting steadily exposed, instead of being swept under the rug—which was what was intended to happen after Hillary's supposedly "inevitable" victory.

So far, there hasn't been anything deciphered that has any downside for the restoration of our Constitutional Republic. This is a conservative website you know, that stands for our Constitution so anything that leads to restoring our Republic, IS A GOOD THING. Q started out making straightforward predictions. When they failwd, he turned to ambiguity.
You have no idea how much research I have done.
I started out with an honest statement that included legitimate questions. It was the Q true believers that turned it into an insult-athon.
I, myself, am a serious techtard in every way, as well as being a high school kickout/dropout. I only can slightly grasp what my betters say in this regard.
I am given to understand that the effects are rather localized and not continent wide, but it may be dependent on factors that are definitely way beyond my ken.
Some have asked why there are Q responses on github, if he only posts on 8chan.

I'm not hysterical. I'm actually quite level headed and rationale, if maybe a bit immature and fun loving.
I just like getting information and fighting my enemies.
