It turns out that graduates think they can benefit from them too. "I was a racist teacher and I didn't recognize it," Laurie Calvert wrote in The Education Post last year. "At the time that I taught, I would have argued that I was the opposite."
"I was a progressive, a Democrat. I campaigned in my progressive town in Western North Carolina for the first Black man to run for the U.S. Senate against a notorious racist from our state, Jesse Helms. I voted for Obama, even volunteered in his office during the 2008 campaign."
Calvert had an awakening, of sorts, when she joined the Obama Administration as a teaching ambassador fellow at the U. S. Department of Education. In that capacity she had the opportunity to attend diversity workshops her boss, then-Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, promoted.

“I was a racist teacher and I didn’t recognize it,”
It takes a special kind of stupid to be this ignorant. This moron had to be TOLD she was a racist. And she believed it.
The lady has some guilt issues. She may even hate the color of her skin. Its too bad for her and the rest of society.
Molitor introduced a range of concepts that were new to me: microaggression, White privilege, and the difference between prejudice and racism.

Voting for a black guy to virtue-signal how non-racist you are is definitely racist. Off to re-education camp with you.
They’re holding this training on the assumption that you’re racist even if you don’t act like it. We know that deep down, secretly, everything can be interpreted to be evidence you’re an evil blasphemer.
So they hold training to try to correct your secretly bad beliefs ... while ignoring the evidence that the implicit bias tests have a number of problems with them AND other explanations for the results AND lack of evidence that such training actually does what they think it does.
Are We All Unconscious Racists? No: theres scant evidence to support the trendy implicit-bias theory.

She now realizes that she loves Big Brother.
Sounds like self criticism during the Chinese cultural revolution. Was she wearing a dunce hat while making this self criticism?
What do you call people who hate themselves?
Autophobic?
Autophobic: thats a beautiful description.
Liberals are extremely suggestible and can be easily be made to believe anything, even about themselves.
& it never occurs to them that if you start from the belief that we are all equal in the eyes of God, you won’t have these nagging doubts.
