So why did Arizona have to obey Obama when California doesn’t have to obey Trump?

What Becerra is proposing is literally seditious. Just my opinion.

It would make a fine statement to have this person arrested.

Though I wish it could be done............

The power of the Presidential Pardons is applicable to Federal crimes, not state.

Some AGs just need to be arrested and locked up for obstruction of justice.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D) says his office “will prosecute” employers who cooperate with federal immigration officials to deport criminal illegal aliens from the United States.

Let's see, Mister Becerra threatens to prosecute employers who decline to break the federal law, by cooperating in following the federal law, and declining to abide by an illegal state law?

Um, this needs to be tested by the Supremes, as is just might.

No. No you won't.

Let me rephrase. You may, until the Supreme Court slaps down your racist prosecutions and your little unconstitutional law.

Jimmy crack corn, ese!

Exactly my first thought too. Maybe he could make an executive order, granting them a blanket pardon, before it all starts. 😀😆

Agreed. And this kind of thing is par for the course in the sh*thole countries like he comes from. What next, calls for a military coup and chants of “Beccerita, Becerrita”?
