Those of you (most of you) who haven't been watching the new Star Trek series, Star Trek Discovery, are missing out on a entirely new level of political correctness. The show features a black female protagonist named Michael; her boyfriend, a Klingon disguised as a Muslim-Arab security officer; an obese female cadet who is a genius in all areas of science; and a gay couple, one of whom is black and possibly also hispanic.
But that isn't enough for SJWs. They actually worry that the black gay character, who is also hispanic, is not visibly hispanic.

The premise of the show isn't that bad of a sci-fi story line: the Federation's secret weapon in the Klingon war is an experimental starship powered by a warp drive that enables them to travel instantaneously in space, but it's based on biotechnology they hardly understand, and as a consequence, in the most recent episodes, they have been accidentally trapped in the mirror universe.
It's too bad they had to pollute a cool premise with a sop to every PC canard out there, otherwise they'd really have something. Apparently no one has learned a lesson from Marvel Comics: readers/viewers want good stories, not SJW crap shoved down their throats.

I watched a few episodes. The article forgets to mention that the new alien first officer, instead of being a vulcan with superior logic and awesome fighting skills is from a species whose “super power” is that they have a very heightened ability to sense threats because they were constantly prey for all the other species on their planet.
That’s right... the alien 1st officer is a super beta male cuck whose power is being super triggered by undetectable microaggressions!

I guess you missed the parts where, as a prey species, he can run at 80kph and cab toss a human across a room with one hand.
I could still handle TNG. DS-9 sucked so bad I didnt voluntarily turn it on after a couple of episodes, Voyager had its own problems making it unwatchable. I havent been able to really regain any interest since then.
Could give a new meaning to “Deep space 9”.

I am a huge fan of the Steven King film THE MUST. I tried to watch the series when it came out and it was a complete PC Vomit fest. Could barely make it past 20 minutes.
Of course it failed and is now gone. What could have been great was slaughtered on the alter of retarded faggotry.
