I wouldn’t think POTUS could accept a deal with the deep state as they would only live to fight again. They will never forgive him nor forget him. He’d never be safe nor would freedom. Q posts indicated that they could not jail 70% of the government corruption without collapsing it so lowest levels would be allowed to retire or walk away. But the highest levels are deserving of the gallows and nothing more.
This excerpt of Q post from Jan 13 seems to contradict likelihood of “deals” being accepted.
