No one seems to be talking about the “19 people” meeting in a heavily guarded safe-room and that they left all their electronic devices in Room 239. That, to me is the most interesting part by far...as it is very specific.

Room 239 sounds like a room in the Capitol.
Leaving electronic devices there means these 19 are in SCIF room, which is a secure room to prevent electronic eavesdropping.
