No prejudice = STOP ALL IMMIGRATION.
They're tourists........but it doesn't excuse their actions.
Too bad there was not a loose live electric conduit available to toss into the pool.
Where were Park Police? That is an utter insult to all WWII and other American veterans.
I’ve been there numerous times and never seen anything that pathetic.
Were they drinking out of the pool, too, as they would in the cesspool country that they built and came from?
Youre 18 years old and you are on Iwo Jima and all your buddies are dead. You are bleeding out, but you can take comfort in knowing that your sacrifice will be honored by having foreigners piss in your memorial pool.
These are the shithole countries we are referring to. Get them out or kill them for dog food. Oops, the dogs wouldn’t eat it.
I want MY country back from these assholes.
Blood boil is right.
This had to be way last summer.
Where are the park rangers who are policing this memorial?
My son confronted a girl this past Summer. There are signs posted all around. She just looked at him and shrugged. We were fuming. No park rangers anywhere.
My grandfather is a Marine who fought in the Pacific then after the war, went to the Army Seminary School and was the first Green Beret chaplain to make a parachute jump into combat. After his retirement, he made it his lifes mission to help kids with shell shock from Vietnam and to help build a WW II memorial to honor all of those who fell keeping us free and safe. He unfortunately was not able to see the finished memorial before his death, but he was so proud that he was able to help make this dream a reality for the country and his fellow soldiers. To gramps, Im so sorry for this Colonel, as I am ashamed this was allowed to occur and I promise you that I will do everything I can to help keep your memorial the sacred site it was meant to be.
You know what else is insulting? There weren’t any Americans there. That makes me very sad. I visit this memorial at least once a year and take a solemn walk around it reading every plaque and taking in the reality that this memorial represents. I find it shameful that there weren’t any citizens there, and only one sane man walking around correcting people. Had I been there, I would have been walking with him, but he would have had to have helped me keep my cool.
Agree! Stop all immigration!!
Come here and piss on US.
I thought I saw steps in the pool, and steps in the pool implies that it is built in part for wading. No knee-high physical barrier implies wading permitted. The problem seems to be a disconnect between the architectural design and the local rules. Given that, it is difficult to justify big indignation. I suspect my father (WWII vet, pacificist, liberal) would not have complained. WWII vets were used to far worse. Most of them grew up in the Depression and were accustomed to hard times, even before WWII occurred.
Reminds me of when my Uncles gave my Grandmother her new bathroom, with plumbing in the house. They had a burning of the outhouse, drank beer and watched 3 terriers kill the shit house rats as the ran out!
Park Rangers are not doing their job.
I guess I’m being contrarian but I think it’s good the kids.are playing and enjoying it isn’t disrespect. The place is too inviting in heat
A reminder, this memorial had rangers and barriers al around when they had a government “shutdown”. hey aggressively kept vacationing veterans out of there.
I’d not be surprised if visitors from Shitholistan used the water as a toilet.
