Someone made mention that is she had broken ribs during the stunt with the plane that she would have never been in his hotel room to begin with and would have instead been in a hospital room spitting up blood.

As for Cameron, I like most of his films, but;

A movie director’s bread and butter is day after day, observing, manipulating, and interpreting body language.

How could he not have known about it or suspected?
