Classified documents among newly released Huma Abedin emails found on Weiner’s laptop
New York Post ^ | December 29, 2017 | Bob Fredericks

The State Department Friday released some work-related emails from Huma Abedin that the feds discovered on a laptop belonging to her perv hubby Anthony Weiner — including at least five that were marked “classified.” State was expected to dump roughly 2,800 emails as a result of a court case won by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. “This is a major victory,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, said in a statement. “After years of hard work in federal court, Judicial Watch has forced the State Department to finally allow Americans to see these public documents.” He said the discovery of the emails underscores the need for the Justice Department to investigate Clinton and Abedin’s use of a private email server to conduct classified government business. “That these government docs were on Anthony Weiner’s laptop dramatically illustrates the need for the Justice Department to finally do a serious investigation of Hillary Clinton’s and Huma Abedin’s obvious violations of law,” he said.

Absolutely. HARDCORE EVIDENCE, there it is folks and all that is required for a conviction is gross negligence. If I drive drunk 5 times am I grossly negligent? Each act is a 10 year sentence for a total of 50 years. Now let’s see is Sessions does the job he was hired to do. If he does not, then FIRE him!

Isn’t it amazing, out of that whole entire criminal circle, the only one who went to jail is the guy who was sexting. LOL! Yes sexting is a much greater threat to national security than throwing around classified documents like confetti at a ticker tape parade, or taking bribes, or selling uranium.

I’d like to know about whether Weiner had Blackberry software on his laptop that swept her Blackberry when she was doing a pervert booty call? (A very early George Webb theory.)

"Keep in mind we are focused on intent," the official said.

"Intent" has nothing to do with the definition of the crime. The potential damage caused by released information would be just as serious regardless. Prosecution is the job of the DOJ not the FBI.

"We know there are classified materials, but that doesn't change the conclusion reached back in July."

Which was essentially the public admission of a massive coverup.

As for others who were part of the probe, including Abedin, the FBI is still working on some remaining aspects of the review

Translation: We're still trying to cover our asses and protect the guilty from prison or execution.

"In the 28 years I worked with classified documents, I never once saw one marked "classified." Every one bore one of the three classification markings."

As a lowly aviation sailor (75-81)that was my knowledge, also. Confidential, Secret, Top Secret. I've read there is one more top tier nowadays.

However, when I converted to Navy Counselor (81-87), I was tasked with handling and administering the Bupers examination tests for those qualified for the next pay grade on the ship. They were wrapped in sealed translucent blue plastic with the front page that stated "CLASSIFIED". Once opened on my authority, there was no other designation.

Also, when I volunteered to be an armed guard on same ship for if and when we had nukes aboard, I signed a statement and it was stamped "SECRET" on the first page inside, but "CLASSIFIED" on the cover sheet.

In my short time as a Naval Reserve Recruiter, I also saw folders stamped "CLASSIFIED". Again, there was no other designation inside. Since I discharged 2 years before you started, things have probably changed.

Throughout my Navy years (75-87) it was understood that enlisted, with the few exceptions like Radiomen and CIC personnel, were not to open anything stamped "CLASSIFIED". The general rule was not handle or read anything marked "CLASSIFIED" unless you had a certain clearance. But then, I'm pushing 68...

I keep hearing people say nothing will be done. Not sure if this is hopeful projection or maybe they simply don’t understand how serious these insider conspiracies are. And as far as Sessions goes, it’s not going to matter one way or another. None of this is going away and it will be pursued, with or without Sessions.

Last night on FoxNews the host said that an email from Huma to HRC said “not sure S/P aware of our overt project”. The subject line read “Libya” and it was posted soon after Benghazi.

This seems to be far more important than the emails featured in the news.

Sessions is too busy chasing after kids using marijuana and increasing the use of asset forfeiture/seizure laws to go after Hillary or any other serious crime. It’s not a hope, it’s a prediction based on his current track record. Nothing will happen because it actually is Sessions’ job to file charges and prosecute these people and he’s already shown he won’t do it.

When presented with clear, slam-dunk conviction evidence several times in the past year, Sessions has either recused himself or refused to prosecute.

I’m not expecting him to change. Neither are many other people.

Again, I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes with Sessions. But I'm very confident we will know for sure in the not too distant future.

Remember, Trump wanted a balance between himself being outspoken and upfront and someone quiet and reserved. And that is one reason I am reserving my judgement on Sessions.

What is with nobody being able to access the files?

Where is the heavily rumored life insurance video of Hillary and Huma messing with an underage girl?
