A co-founder of the opposition research firm Fusion GPS acknowledged in a new court document that his company hired the wife of a senior Justice Department official to help investigate then-candidate Donald Trump last year.
The confirmation from Glenn Simpson came in a signed declaration filed in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., and provided a fuller picture of the nature of Nellie Ohrs work after Fox News first reported on her connection to Fusion GPS.
Her husband, Bruce Ohr, was demoted at the DOJ last week for concealing his meetings with the same company, which commissioned the anti-Trump dossier containing salacious allegations about the now-president. Together, the Fusion connections for Mr. and Mrs. Ohr have raised Republican concerns about objectivity at the Justice Department, and even spurred a call from Trumps outside counsel for a separate special prosecutor.

Immunity for everyone! Ohr’s wife didn’t intend to make up the salacious stuff. Wait. Did she have a golden shower fetish?
I wonder why drudge isn’t covering any of this
I stopped going to Drudge a long time ago. His site was of exceptional importance in the past, but he has lost his way.
Rosenstein said today to wait for the DOJ Inspector General’s report. The Inspector General is Michael E. Horowitz, appointed by Obama in 2012, worked with Comey in the early 1990’s.
I don’t see Bill Kristol or his son-in-law on that list. The publication his son-in-law works for first ordered the dossier.
Andy McCarthy that is a lie Congress has oversite more than the IG
This smells like a payoff to Mr Ohr; hire the wife for an easy job.Purchase access to spread fake information.
Fusion is known to pay reporters.
This is pure unadulterated horse $#*%! There is a coup taking place while the MSM topples ONLY REPUBLICAN Candidates and Fox is the only outlet that will tell us the truth. Everyone else ignores this like Obama being a Kenyan and Candy Crowley and Donna Brazille fixing debates. Insane!!

“Kim Strassel of Wall Street Journal was on Tucker saying that the OSC ( not Mueller)”
So does OSC mean “Office of Special counsel”?
the observations to date could be explained if bruce ohr is technically innocent.
by technically innocent i mean at the least in a plausibly deniable way, and at the most, in a stupid way.
plausibly deniable / stupid— bruce ohr is politically naiive. he meets with fusion gps folks but does not recognize the potential impact if the election were to go to trump. to him, they are a consulting company like so many others in DC.
as for nellie ohr, same thing goes. she somehow gets a relatively minor job with fusion gps, and does not realize the potential impact if the election were to go to trump. then she gets bad advice to dabble in ham radio, again not realizing how bad it could look in public.
bruce ohr would not be required to disclose any of this to the fbi because it is not illegal and/or his clearance is not up for renewal.
involvement by fusion gps in the trump dossier seems to be public knowledge from about 1/12/2017 (using fr):

around that time, bruce and nellie ohr can be reasonably expected to become concerned about their careers. bruce ohr either did or did not disclose involvement to his fbi bosses.
let’s say that bruce and nellie ohr have no other realistic job prospects. then their calculus would include the possibility that they both get pushed out, and never work in DC again in their respective professions. in that scenario, they could be tempted to keep quiet, hoping for the best and paying the mortgage or whatever.
the fusion gps documents could have come to light via the buzzfeedlawsuit by Aleksej Gubarev, the CEO of Webzilla and XBT Holdings:
