Salma Hayek accuses Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment: He's 'my monster too' Suzy Byrne 5 hours ago Reactions Sign in to like Reblog on Tumblr Share Tweet Email VIDEO: Notable public figures accused of harassment since Weinstein's fall Scroll back up to restore default view. Salma Hayek has come forward to accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment.
The Oscar-nominated Mexican actress, whose films include Frida and Traffic, went public with her allegations on Wednesday, over two months after the movie honcho was first publicly accused of sexual misconduct in a New York Times piece. She shared her first-person story with the same publication in an op-ed titled Harvey Weinstein Is My Monster Too...."
....Now 51, Hayek says that when she was victimized after Weinstein agreed to produce 2002s Frida via his company Miramax it was a time when it was unimaginable for a Mexican actress to aspire to a place in Hollywood. And even though I had proven them wrong, I was still a nobody.

What high lung capacity she has...
I would never try to harass her but I might have trouble controlling my eyes.....
How does THAT happen?
sorry folks, don’t know how I got some website gibberish into my copy-and-paste up above.....
He gets invited to all the right parties?
She also feels obligated to go after Trump. I guess allegations = guilt anymore - at least to a lot of people.
“How does THAT happen?”
He has 24 billion dollars, she has - see pic above...
Thnx!!!
“it was unimaginable for a Mexican actress to aspire to a place in Hollywood”
What tripe.
Hollywood hates beautiful women with huge cans...
Pretty woman, but she’s lacking between the ears.
All these women who are coming forward, think about this.
They each covered for a guy that went on to abuse other women for decades. Now there’s something to be proud of.
Funny thing is, no women seem to be able to grasp that.
Sure ladies, I was abused before you were, but my career was so important that I figured you wouldn’t mind.
You didn’t mind did you?
Weinstein had many enablers in plying his wicked activity.
Is anyone going to own up to that, and resign?
Why wait so long to speak out, Salma?
He got you those parts and you let him do those things in return.
Yada Yada Yada.
BFD.
I am sure her husband harassed her until she realized he was a multi-billionaire.
The really sad thing is the number of people who are willing to put up with sexual molestation in order to become rich and famous. And even sadder are the number of parents who allow their children to be molested.
She sure does have parts!
LOL! I had a lab partner in college who was well endowed and one day wore a really low cut V neck shirt to the lab. I told her up front that if she catches me staring at her to smack me up side the head. It was difficult, but she never smacked me.
He got you those parts and you let him do those things in return.
RTFA.
She was proud of convincing Weinstein to produce her passion project: All I knew of Harvey at the time was that he had a remarkable intellect, he was a loyal friend, and a family man. And he made a deal with her to make more movies with Miramax. However, she soon found herself having to repeatedly say no to him.
No to me taking a shower with him, she wrote. No to letting him watch me take a shower. No to letting him give me a massage. No to letting a naked friend of his give me a massage. No to letting him give me oral sex. No to my getting naked with another woman. No, no, no, no, no.
And with every no came Harveys Machiavellian rage. She wrote that the absurdity of his demands went from getting a furious call in the middle of the night asking me to fire my agent for a fight he was having with him about a different movie to physically dragging me out of the opening gala of the Venice Film Festival, which was in honor of Frida, so I could hang out at his private party with him and some women I thought were models but I was told later were high-priced prostitutes.
Once, in an act of fury, she says Weinstein threatened, I will kill you, dont think I cant.
