Experienced political Alabama columnist Jeff Flowers reports extremely heavy turnout, early, in rural highly evangelical areas.
He seems to have an objective view of the race. Predicts 7% win for Moore. Out of state liberal money poured in...Moore outspent 14/1.
“somehow Trump and the Russians will come up.”
yes, probably something about how Trump sexually harassed a bunch of Russian hookers peeing on his bed ...
A large turnout is a good thing.
Moore by 8.
5.56mm
“THERE is a main reason why I will NOT donate one single penny to the RNC & other R groups.”
ditto. i donate directly to the candidates that i support, like Trump and Moore ...
A lot of black folks are off the plantation and are in tune with Moore’s biblical bent.
...peeing on Moore’s bed!!!
...peeing on Moore’s bed!!!
Agree. Their identity politics has become so “inclusive” that, by definition, they’re excluding the straight, white, male - especially Christians. That may work just fine in places like California but is the worst idea ever for the rest of the country.
Muslims
LGBT
Feminists
BLM
Jews
^^ that is their order of importance, with Muslims at the top. How does that work? It’s a living contradiction.
And the lone Senator that objects to keeping the Senate in Pro-Forma status during the Christmas break
So forcing a Recess
and Trump's Recess appointments.
The primary investment is for senate vote count of possibly 2 more SCOTUS picks.
“NYTimes say not likely to be a nail-biter”
i just skimmed the article and could find no indication of predicting a blowout for either candidate, or even who would win, so i see no rational for the “not a nail-biter” headline ...
The renewal rates are higher but there are different packages. If you subscribe to any and then you refuse to renew because you do not like the price, they will negotiate with you. I did that 2 years ago but when I knocked the price down by quite a lot, the service only worked on my car radio. It can get tricky.
I can listen to any program just as the Cable does it. Start anytime and pause rewind, etc. The playbacks are very convenient for me, as there are far fewer commercials than in the live broadcasts, almost none.
Wilkow is one of the fastest thinkers whom I have ever heard on talk radio. He is very quick witted and bright. I like him a lot. They have other characters but it takes a bit of time to get to know them. They have a Black lady on frequently who is fantastic. She is Sonny but I forget her last name. She tells it like it is.
The Breitbart programs are largely Caller driven but the Guests are typically very good and well known.
The MSM is doing it’s best to throw it for Jones.
I heard a commentator on the radio say that a high turnout is bad for Moore because it indicates a fired up Democrat opposition. In the same breath, they actually said that a low turnout would be good for Moore because it would mean that the Democrats were disillusioned.
So early reports of high turnout (which were predictable considering the nature of the election), coupled with this “news” report are supposed to keep Republicans home.
Yeah, right.
Bastards.
The FOX poll was based on the assumption that there would be a light GOP turnout.
Sorry about the multiple posts . Not easy on the phone.
:(
All polls were assuming a light GOP voter turnout compared to a heavy Democrat one.
I mean polls that had Jones winning assumed that.
Something is up here folks, and its nothing so mundane or trivial as ideology or a rogue senator to the party... something much bigger is going on.
To a great many politicians, nothing is more important than a threat to their power.
Of course it depends where the turnout is coming from!
Jones would have to have an Obama like turnout by blacks to get close, very unlikely.
This is what pi$$es me off so bad about all the Republicans who would rather see Jones win than allow Moore in the Senate (and the ‘allegations’ are just an excuse to exclude him, IMO). They would rather put future SCOTUS nominations in jeopardy which would be a horrible thing for this country than vote for a fellow Republican they don’t “like” (more to it, but I’m not going there in this post). The Repubs (McConnell et al) are more than disgusting & this really pulls their masks off and shows the ugliness, politically & personally, that’s been hiding underneath. Trump has been making excellent judicial nominations and they will last a long, long time .... what the Republicans are doing by threatening that is unforgivable.
