On Nov. 7, the Gibsons sued Oberlin and Meredith Raimondo, vice president and dean of students, for slander, accusing faculty members of encouraging demonstrations against the bakery by suspending classes, distributing flyers, and supplying protesters with free food and drink.
It says Raimondo took part in the demonstration against Gibson’s with a bullhorn and distributed a flyer that said the bakery is a “RACIST establishment with a LONG ACCOUNT of RACIAL PROFILING and DISCRIMINATION.”
The suit needs to be expanded Big Time to include the Student Protestors that Helped and Participated as well as the tour bus operator.
I hope every last little snowflake goes bankrupt and is homeless the rest of their miserable little lives.

The racial aspect is the the specially-privileged government-certified victim group members made a false accusation of racism to cover up their attempted theft, for which they need to go to jail.

I really don’t get it. The black students admit to stealing yet the Liberals say it’s racism when someone attempts legal action against the black thieves. This has gone way to far.

Bottom line is this bakery has been boycotted and lost thousands of dollars in business because they stopped three black students from shoplifting wine. PLUS the towns police record shows that through the years the bakery has gone after 40 shoplifters with only 6 of them being black. So there is no racism. Just don’t steal from them.
That's all that need to be published. The other blather is meant to muddy the waters.
It's more or less like the 'so called' father of the boy who shop-lifted in China. Guilt transference to the president is his only thank you. Here racism is reported to be the real culprit in many people's eyes.

This is what actually happened. The plea agreement doesn’t tell us what the real story was.
