He didn’t resign. He just promised to, sometime.
So what.
Moore will win even bigger now. The Rat scheme is obvious and people will get it.

Yep and that is why foolish Al will wish he resigned for real. The assault against him will continue and with greater ferocity.

"I got tell you, folks, Im stunned, Im surprised, Im shocked. I thought that Al Franken would try to hang in there for another week. I thought he would try to make it past December 12th because thats the key date. I told Snerdley that I was all ready for Franken to continue to stay in the Senate, not resign, defy his party. I told Snerdley, I told Snerdley before the program, just to get it on record, why I thought Franken would do that. Turns out I was wrong." News flash, Rush ... you weren't wrong.
Franken didn't resign today. He announced that he's resigning sometime in the future.
I'm going to resign sometime in the future, too. His "resignation" is no more meaningful than mine.

It’s not REALLY about Roy Moore.
It’s about President Trump. Bernie Sanders has already come out this morning calling for PDT’s resignation because of something the Donald said back in 2005.
The Dems have decided this is their next line of attack on the POTUS and they’ll continue to hammer him as long as they feel it’s effective.
How long will that be? We’ll see.

Franken Resignation Is About Roy Moore, Not Decency It is blatantly obvious that the leftists want to force Alabama to vote "their way". What they don't understand is the more they try, the more it helps Roy Moore, even if you hadn't planned to vote for him initially.

You can bet the democrat machine is putting the pressure on him,
As long as Franken-Groper is still in the senate the democrats will have a difficult time making an effective case against Roy Moore.

The dems have everything to gain by getting rid of Franken
The dem governor can replace him and then the replacement will run in 2018, and, unlike franken he or she will not be tainted so they have a good chance to win.
This allows the dems to look like they are not being hypocritical (even though they are) so they can go after Trump and Roy Moore by demanding the GOP get rid of them.
