President Donald Trump said it was unfair that formal national security adviser Mike Flynn had his "life ruined" for lying to the FBI, the president said when speaking to reporters Monday morning.
Trump blasted former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for reportedly lying under oath to the FBI and not suffering any consequences, while Flynn currently faces charges for making false statements to the bureau.

You do not need to be under oath when be questioned by the FBI. If you lie to them in conversation, you are guilty of a crime.
Because Peter Strzok, the demoted fired biased Mueller FBI agent, was the one who interviewed Hillary. FOR REAL!!!!!
Not under oath, not videoed. And Strzok was one of the guys who reviewed comey’s draft exoneration. BEFORE he interviewed her. He already knew the script.

If you lie to an FBI agent it doesn't matter if you are under oath or not! "Because it is a crime to lie to federal agents. It's called Making False Statements and it is a federal crime; Section 1001 of Title 18. Martha Stewart, Bernie Madoff, and Scooter Libby are all individuals who have been convicted of this."

Has there ever been a time in history where the government has set up an interrogation office like Meuller has. It is almost , hate to say it, gestapo like. His team can haul in anybody they want and interrogate/ question them for hours and or days even if they’ve done nothing wrong. Just the process can financially ruin people lives.
You don't have to be under oath. The law says you have to be truthful whenever you're being questioned by a LEO acting in an official capacity.

Yes, quite a few people have straightened me out on this. The glaring hypocrisy of Hillary getting away with lying is incredible.

No, “being under oath” only matters if they wanted to charge her with perjury. “Making false statements” to law enforcement is a separate crime, and it covers ANY false statement, under oath or otherwise:
