Rule of Law (Objective Truth (God)) is our yardstick and it is enshrined in our “Justice” system (Constitution) which has to consist of ONLY “Just Laws” which include innocent until proven guilty in a court of just law.

In other words, no atheist should ever sit on the court or teach our children since they can never have the basic concept of our Constitution or a Justice system, that our Natural Rights only come from God—never the State or man or oligarchy (which it is now). Atheists for hundreds of years weren’t allowed to teach our children to shape their “thinking” or sit on courts. Worldview matters; Words matter-—it always has but the Marxists destroyed language and twisted words and lied which fooled Christians into literally flipping 2000 years of ethics/worldview back to paganism. The Churches were infiltrated and gave up on shaping “culture” by the end of the 60s-—just gave up—including the Catholic Church which quit fighting Hollywood which they engaged in by the early 30s to fight Hollywood’s dumping of porn and satanism into the culture and minds of children, all the while marketing satanism/paganism/atheism—literally.

You are correct that we have allowed a toxic culture to eject Objective Truth (God) many decades ago, so we no longer have Rule of Law—but Rule of Man/Oligarchy—moral relativism in a system based on Objective Truth (Christian worldview only). It is all unconstitutional and treason to be a judge and eject our Constitution.

We have allowed subjective “truth” to displace Objective Truth—a satanic “ethic” system to replace our very Constitution and the only worldview which rid the world of slavery, pederasty, homosexuality, pedophilia, incest, child sacrifice, misogyny, etc. We returned to a “justice” system that will allow all of the above which makes it a Vice system—and unconstitutional.

So, we no longer live under our Constitution or Rule of Law. We live in a soviet style tyranny where the good are punished and the evil are rewarded-—it is only a vice system.
