With all of the taxpayer subsidies like government bond guarantees,stadium rent abatement, parking rent receipts and monopoly protection, the NFL can afford to give money to BLM and other social justice warriors.
The NFL has shown us who they are and this token donation to be made over time cannot change their nature or our opinion of them.

Fans pay $300 for a jersey and other NFL merchandise. They pay high-ass ticket prices, even for nosebleed seats. $10 for a beer, $6 for a hot dog, and other concessions. Sales taxes to fund the stadiums and infrastructure around the stadium. $100/month for NFL ticket and for Thursday Night football on DirecTv.

And the NFL goes down, down, down further in the toilet bowl, to their destiny in the sewer. What kind of responsible organization caves in to self-pitying thugs with their imagined snowflake grievances, letting them show disrespect to our nation who GAVE them that opportunity and to our servicemen who defend their right to play ball? People pay to see football/basketball/baseball played, not for a public display of social commentary and personal grievances. That’s unprofessional and therefore, the perps of disrespect should not be considered professionals. Let’s see what they live on after the whole professional athletic business collapses (and rightly so!).
