“The Kate Steinle killer came back and back over the weakly protected Obama border, always committing crimes and being violent, and yet this info was not used in court. His exoneration is a complete travesty of justice. BUILD THE WALL!”

-- Donald Trump

Never, never forget!

Build the Wall! Name it "Kate's Wall!"

Forget about Federal criminal charges.

Just call him an invader, treat him as a prisoner of war, and sell him back to Mexico in exchange for full payment on the wall.

How about Congress pass Kate’s Law and fund the border wall, maybe even dedicate it to her, Kate’s Wall.

Agreed.

The illegal is a criminal killer and should be handled as thus -

The problem is the jury and judicial system that let this killer off.

The Wall needs to be built between California and the rest of the USA.

When the five cops were acquitted in the Rodney King beating, the Bush Justice Dept. rushed to indict them and get them convicted and imprisoned on violations of federal civil rights laws. If the “citizens” of San Francisco who served on this jerkpot jury saw to release this trash into society, the feds should use the King case as an example, arrest him before he can get across the border.

In addition to the southern border, we need to build a wall around California.

Drop him off about halfway to Alcatraz and see how long he can tread water.

A "Weighing Session".

A static process with no particular force in motion at the beginning, middle, or end points.

Then please explain how the DOJ was allowed to retry the officers in the Rodney King case?

(They made a case on the officers violated King’s civil rights, so I would imagine the same could be used here as well).

Another point, the gun used was stolen from a Federal Officer. He was not tried on this charge. The Feds can certainly charge him for taking and then using the gun.

Let’s let him get sentence first, before bringing the Feds in.
He still was convicted of being a felon having a gun.
In california, I think that’s up to 3 years and\or 10k fine plus deportation.
