Case made by public defender: BLM agent’s gun left it in unlocked car & disappeared, ‘shooter’ found it wrapped in a T-shirt under a bench, was looking at it & it fired “accidentally”, ricocheted off a concrete pillar/piling - if it had not glanced off, would have missed Steinle by 78 ft. Jury heard nothing about his 7 previous felony convictions or that he had been deported 5 times already.

Mark Thiessen (FOX) said San Francisco killed Kate - if they were not a sanctuary city, shooter would have been in custody & would have not been on the pier that day.

I missed the part about it being a ricochet. If that is the real story then this is unbelievably tragic. Still, the guy was deported 5 times.

I think it was someone on Hannity's show earlier this week who was asked what he would like to see happen to our immigration policy. He simply stated:

I would like for us to have one.

He's right.
