Massachusetts prosecutors said Thursday that they will dismiss more than 6,000 convictions tied to a former chemist who authorities say was high almost every day she worked at a state drug lab for eight years.

Happened in SF several years ago. A lot of people got off. It’s only right no matter how guilty the perps are. Government sucks in case u don’t no.

Reminds me of a past event. I went to a drug testing facility as part of a client open house, as they were attempting to get the companies I was working with, to start drug testing.
I ask the question:
"Are those who preform the testing, randomly drug tested?" I got an abrupt "no". And they were clearly put off by that question, implying it was absurd and that they were somehow above being tested and explained it was unnecessary.
I then commented I thought it was odd they were not tested, because putting someone in charged of testing, where the results can ruin or destroy someone's life/career would seem to be a position that would mandate random drug testing.
I was not well liked the rest of the meeting.☺
