81 year old John McCain (R-AZ) has had a string of unfortuate heath issues this year. In mid-july, the Arizona Senator underwent brain surgery for aggressive cancer – returning to Washington D.C. five days later to cast his vote against the healthcare bill.
Then, at the beginning of November McCain was treated for a tear to his achilles tendon at Walter Reed medical center – emerging on November 6th in a walking boot on his right leg:

I agree. My wife died of brain cancer at the end of September and I had to always help her.

I don’t wish him to die prematurely or painfully.
I just want him to leave, but his actions make it hard to feel compassion.
Looks like he has lost a lot of weight, too.
Maybe the boot IS the ankle bracelet.

I don’t understand why they would need walking boots to conceal ankle bracelets as they can be easily concealed under pant legs, ankle boots or regular boots. Sooner or later that boot has to come off Hillary’s foot. Did they expect to have her in custody by then? This is the 6th week since the “accident”.
Maybe they feared the bracelet could be seen so they put the boot on the foot the bracelet was on and let the actual injured foot be exposed. He doesn’t need a boot. He’s in a wheelchair.

He looks the worse for wear. I suspect this was a picture that was staged and someone put the boot on him. Wrong leg. I suspect he is not walking anymore. I have seen the end for brain cancer patients. The loose the ability to walk early on. I suspect he will be gone in a month.
Agreed. my cousin the same, and other cases we researched around that time were quite similar.
Add in the sudden wedding for Miss Piggy, probably specifically so her pop could still attend, and the evidence squares nicely.
Someone will eventually photoshop a tombstone with "Trump broke me" and I won't cringe at all. The only sailor I can think of that I won't miss in the slightest.
Yet McCain is making decisions on things that affect the lives of hundreds of millions of Americans.

It appears that he has reduced his decision making to one simple ‘rule’ - if Trump wants it, McCain is against it, so the lives of Americans don’t even factor into the equation. Since Trump is demonstrably “America first”, McCain is worse than despicable for letting his personal animosity towards Trump override what is best for the American people.
Someone who purported to be a cancer doc on another site noted the weight loss. He also opined that the boot might be to hide ‘foot drop’ which can happen with brain/neurological damage. Personally, I suspect McCain has been “hanging on” for his daughter’s wedding & now Christmas which is around the corner. I would expect him to go sharply downhill after that.
