BALTIMORE — Another federal judge has halted a proposed transgender military ban, expanding on an initial ruling issued last month against the plan by President Donald Trump's administration.
In a preliminary injunction issued Tuesday in Baltimore, U.S. District Judge Marvin Garbis ruled that transgender service members have "demonstrated that they are already suffering harmful consequences" due to the proposed ban including threat of discharge, stigma and the cancellation or delay of surgeries related to their gender transitions. The six plaintiffs in the lawsuit he reviewed have all been receiving hormone therapy.
In a strongly-worded passage from his 53-page decision, Garbis wrote that the "capricious, arbitrary, and unqualified tweet of new policy does not trump the methodical and systematic review by military stakeholders qualified to understand the ramifications of policy change."

These people aren’t willing to admit that transgender/transsexuals are on steroids. Are steroids supposed to be allowed in the military. Will trannies have roid rage? Not sure I’d describe it as “good” but agree with your point. Plus every time Trump tries to do the right thing and implement his campaign promises but is blocked by the judiciary, he wins politically and it strengthens the argument for remaking the federal judiciary, as he is doing.
Just tell the trans peoples that we cannot afford sex change surgery but have hired a vet fresh out of school to do the neutering required.

I just read that HALF of transgenders in prison are in there for sex related crimes.
If true, that is a bad statistic and one that should be true if it’s all “just normal”. There’s nothing in science that backs up any of the transgender narrative from the left.

He has already knuckled under too may times. He should have told Mattis to process them out immediately instead of the six month stall that he granted. There is a Coast Guard Admiral the should have been fired after his first tweet, and there is a SAC commander with diarrhea of the mouth that should already be retired.
Trump should ignore the tyrants and let them work through the courts, Or forever accept that unelected judges are the real president(s).

Trump needs to just order his subordinates in the military to implement the policy, judges be damned, or they will be discharged as well. Eventually, someone down the chain of command will obey orders.
Evry one of those Mayors/Governors are violating several Federal laws. Arrest and charge them and this stuff will go away quickly.
This Judge's decision directly contradicts the Obama Case against Arizona enforcing immigration law.
