Fox News host Jeanine Pirro was pulled over for speeding in upstate New York after she was clocked going 119 mph in a 65 mph zone.
The New York Daily News reported Pirro was stopped by a state trooper in Tioga County around 1:15 p.m. Sunday.
Pirro, the host of "Justice With Judge Jeanine," said she was on her way to visit her ailing mother but vowed to "pay the consequences."
I had been driving for hours to visit my ailing 89-year-old mom and didnt realize how fast I was driving. I believe in the rule of law and I will pay the consequences, Pirro said in a Fox News Channel statement.
New York's Department of Motor Vehicles says a conviction for going more than 40 mph over the speed limit could put 11 points on a driver's license. Eleven points will lead to a license suspension.
1928 Porter.
I don’t find that at all surprising. I don’t care for her, even though I agree with her most of the time. I hate to say it, but I know a number of older Italian women, and they’re all quite arrogant. She’s Italian, right?
Its incredible how hot looking she is. Nobody would ever guess her age. Beautiful and intelligent and conservative. He ex husband was an idiot.
Otherwise...Just another yawnable story.
119 MPH in a 65 MPH zone and you have no idea how fast you're driving? I would have thought the first indicator would have been the traffic you passed that looked like it was standing still at 70 MPH (65 = 70 or more).
As much as I love her and would love to sleep with her, there's no way I want to ride with her or allow her to drive my car...
In all fairness to the Judge, I'm never driving the freeway or streets of Detroit with my niece again..........
I recently obtained a 2017 Camaro SS rated at 455 HP; GM specs say the car will do 180 mph with the 8 speed 8L90 trans; did 120 crossing the Great Salt Lake (for a short while). The engine is a 6th Gen LT1 with a 10 quart oil pan, variable valve timing, direct fuel injection, and an 11.5:1 compression ratio. The car is set up for crappy California 91 octane 10% ethanol gasoline; runs better with 93 octane/10% ethanol gas which I fueled up with in Michigan. I think it is probably the best bang for the horsepower buck. Damn fine vehicle.
No way did she not know how fast she was driving. Fine if she wants to kill herself but don’t kill everyone else on the road.
No doubt! Wish I had kept it long enough to mod it like that. Oh well, that was around 1981...

My sister says, maybe she wasn't passing them at a ridiculous clip. In other words.... :-)
You need a Hellcat to get to 200 MPH. The Demon has more HP, but I've read conflicting reports on the top end speed. I drove a ~500 HP Challenger on the Autobahn a few years ago Top speed was listed at 186. After getting use to it, 120 MPH seemed a nice comfortable speed. I hit 155 - 160 and it was pretty much white knuckle in the Challenger. Tire noise and air invading the passenger compartment raises stress levels. 120 in a high end MB is cruising speed on the Autobahn.
Innocent!
Instead of zero to b!iytch in 30 seconds, she should slow down to zero to b!iytch in 60 seconds.
In 1997 and again in 1998 I drove across the country on I-80. That stretch west of Salt Lake City through the salt flats? I only wished I had a vehicle that would go fast. I could only go 85 MPH in the loaded, 4- cylinder pick up I was driving. I got passed several times by blurry steel machines that actually pushed enough wind to rock my truck. I don’t even remember if there was a posted speed limit back then. I only knew I was driving as fast as my truck would go.
Lotta those rural counties on 17, speed traps are the biggest industry.
I was written up for “in excess of 100 mph”.
The judge was not impressed with my plea that I wasn’t doing over 85.
He had me come back because he didn’t believe me when I said I had no prior’s in the last 3 years.
(this was in the 70’s with no quick access to records)
He cut me some slack and it only cost me $150 and 4 points.
I thought maybe it was just me but both times I’ve encountered her there we’ve left the building and the others I’ve been with have been like, “Well, isn’t she cold.” Maybe she was just having a tough day or had a lot going on. It happens and there are people who I’ve met just a few times who probably didn’t like me either. I was just disappointed that she wasn’t more friendly.
See my post 146. I thought the SRT Challenger had 485 HP? I recently met a guy who showed me his Hellcat Charger rated at 707 HP. Both are also damn fine vehicles.
Why not a Al Franken type apology and move on? /sarc ?
Lived there for fourteen years, but all of it Syracuse and points south. Used to go to Fourth Lake for family vacations. Those roads aren’t like the straight-to-the-horizon roads you get in western states.
Exactly. Those cars are thoroughbreds and everything is just smooth as silk at those speeds. They really are built for those kinds of speeds, but then, like you said, reality filters in your conscience and you realize one small error, bump, debris, other another idiot, and it could be permanent lights out, so you throttle back.
