Yuck, it sounds like y’all had weather like ours today. Our cats didn’t go out either. Roaring winds out of the south all day and now they’re roaring out of the NW. The front came through while I was at a meeting this evening and the temp is dropping quickly. BRRRRR!

This morning was horrible. The wind was blowing so hard I just knew the pine tree north of us was going to crash into our house! Neither of the kitties would budge. i just did get Peaches out because now it’s very calm, but way chillier...like 41 degrees.

We didn’t have strong wind from the south first like y’all did. Bet you will be glad when it calms down there, too! How cold is it supposed to get there tonight?

Been busy today with my rail stuff, writing reports, memos and all. Just got finished watching a pair of opera DVDs to relax.

Yep, nasty is one way to put it. It was a rough evening for some in TN as the front came through. Lots of wind damage north of us but I don’t know what’s gone on in our area. No tornado warnings around here but the wind’s been strong enough to have done a little damage. It sure cleared our back porch off! LOL! We’ll have to go out tomorrow to gather everything up that’s been scattered across the yard. *sigh*

Kittehs are being total monsters tonight. They’re feeling that new moon BIG TIME. It’s quiet at the moment because Tatiana showed her butt one too many times and got a whuppin’. That got everyone else’s attention.
We’ll see how long it lasts.
