Mitch wants to be the leader because the leader gets to cut the pie. He wants to be the majority leader because it’s a bigger pie he can cut but he’s okay with a smaller pieces as long as he can cut himself the biggest piece.

Unless I were to see hard evidence that Moore sexually assaulted someone, I'm in his corner.
That said, were he to win his upcoming election, how do you go to the US Senate and attempt to effectively serve your constituents after having to slog through this mess?
Democrats could fall out of bed in the middle of the night and form a wagon circle around anyone with a "D" next to their name, and have a choice sound bite with which to defend them.
Republicans are in control in all three branches of government, and they couldn't hit the water if they fell from a boat.

This “pushback” by Moore is a long time coming. Frankly, I fail to see any difference between Democrats and Republicans in Congress anymore. If anything, Trump’s election is exposing who the Congressional critters really are and how much we have been played by Republicans over the years. The swamp is draining. It is up to us now to see who our enemies are and DO SOMETHING about it.

Heard this speech on Hannity’s radio show. Roy Moore did great and McTurtle and McInshame and Linda should be worried he is going to drain the swamp with Trumps help once he is sworn in as senator.
